PTFE Wire and PTFE Cable
The Insulation in PTFE Wire and PTFE Cable is fire (Flame) proof i.e. non flammable. PTFE Wire and PTFE Cable are manufactured with best available stranded Copper/Silver Plated Copper wires giving better flexibility for comfortable use in the wiring. The insulation of PTFE Wire and PTFE Cable have not shown any notable changes in its electrical, mechanical or chemical properties even after outdoor exposure for over 20 years. PTFE Wire and PTFE Cable are also unaffected by exposure to ultraviolet rays. Insulation is inert to virtually all known Acids, chemicals and solids for PTFE Wire and PTFE Cable. Insulation electrical properties of PTFE Wire and PTFE Cable do not change even after long-term heat aging. PTFE Wire and PTFE Cable are of less O.D. for the same current carrying capacity of PVC Insulated wires, thus saving space. PTFE Wire and PTFE Cable have numerous applications.
PTFE Sleeve
PTFE Sleeve is intended for applications involving High Frequencies, High Temperature or both. PTFE Sleeve has excellent electrical properties. PTFE Sleeve does not change over a wide range of frequencies, temperatures and humidity. PTFE Sleeve is manufactured by Tape Wrapping Sintering (TWS) process that enables them high flexibility and excellent mechanical stability. PTFE Sleeve is extremely stable at high temperatures. PTFE Sleeve is Non-Flammable. PTFE Sleeve has High Dielectric strength. PTFE Sleeve also has many applications.
Floor Heating Cable
They manufacture Floor Heating Cable. The Floor Heating Cable is Safe, Efficient and boasts a Long Life. Floor Heating Cable can be used for Under Floor or Tile Heating. Flexible car seat heaters, carpet or blanket heating, Heating Mats are also applications of Floor Heating Cable. Floor Heating Cable has temperature control for electronic display devices. Floor Heating Cable shows zone temperature control of distillation columns and heat tracer for pipes.
Teflon Wire
Tanya manufactures high quality Teflon Wire. They make Teflon Wire commonly with parallel Teflon Wire as well as twisted form of Teflon Wire. They manufacture 2 Core, 3 Core, 4 Core and 6 Core RTD cables of Teflon Wire. This variety of Teflon Wire use best quality Bare Copper, Silver Plated Copper and Nickel Plated Copper Conductors. High Temperature Cables
High Temperature Cables overcome the problem of other conventional wires and is more tear resistant. They make Multicore Cables with insulation of PTFE and Fiber Glass Braiding. These cables are manufactured according to customer’s specifications and capable to use up to +250ºC. They make Screened Multicore cables with overall Metallic Shielding.
